Every CustomNeonStudio LED neon sign is handcrafted to order and backed by a 24-month (2-year) limited manufacturer warranty. This page explains what the warranty covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim.

Warranty Period

Your warranty is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date your order is delivered. It applies to the original purchaser and to the product as originally shipped.

What the Warranty Covers

We warrant that your sign is free from manufacturing defects and will function correctly under normal indoor use. Covered issues include:

  • Manufacturing or workmanship defects.
  • Failure of the LED neon, wiring, or included power adapter under normal operating conditions.
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (please report these within 7 days of delivery — see below).

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or mishandling.
  • Improper installation, incorrect power supply, or use outside the product's intended indoor purpose.
  • Exposure to water, moisture, or outdoor weather beyond the product's water-resistant limits (our signs are water-resistant, not waterproof).
  • Normal wear, or any modification, tampering, or repair performed by anyone other than CustomNeonStudio or an authorized partner.
  • Custom design choices you approved before production (please review your digital proof carefully).

Product Lifespan (Not a Warranty)

Our signs use high-quality LED components with a rated lifespan of up to 50,000 hours under normal operating conditions. Actual lifespan varies with daily usage, brightness/dimmer settings, and environment. This is an estimated component rating and is separate from the 24-month warranty above.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • On arrival: if your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@customneonstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and/or a video of the issue and the packaging.
  • During the warranty period: if a covered defect appears later, contact us at the same email as soon as possible, within the 24-month period, with your order number and photos/video.

Once your claim is verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. CustomNeonStudio covers return shipping costs for approved warranty claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us before returning any product; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
