Fantastic Communication Throughout

Our 3rd custom neon by Ben and they are always AMAZING! Even better than expected, he always delivers! Thank you so much for everything. Excellent customer service, quick turn around time and shipping. Always a pleasure! Our go to for custom neons. ??

Fast Delivery & Excellent Service

Fast delivery, very kind, efficient and reactive. thank you very much. the service and the delivery were excellent :)

Absolutely incredible they did such a wonderful job

Absolutely incredible! They did such a wonderful job and we are so beyond happy with our new sign!

Exactly as shown, could use longer power cord.

Vibrant and spot on to the ad image. Holds up well with the chain and hook that it comes with. The settings are great and function well. It's perfectly sized for a small gaming room or other. The only thing that would make it better would be a longer power cord. I had to get a usb extension to place it where I wanted it to go. Overall good product for the price.

Proper size

Nicely done and designed

Really a great alternative to expensive and energy inefficient neon

Works great! Looks like real neon without the $$$$, heat, weight or energy usage

Loved it

Brightness, Easy installation looks great on wall..

Good vibes onlY

I would absolutely buy this again! It’s perfect! It plugs right in and has an easy turn on switch. It didn’t photograph well and I need to say that it is lit 100% up perfectly, nothing is faded at all.

So Freaking Cute!

So freaking cute! I love that it’s dimmable because it almost blinded me when I first plugged it in—it was so bright, lol. I love it! It’s going to look so good with my gallery wall.

Perfect for Our Business

Responds quickly and very patient with all the questions I had and trying to determine the size. The light came faster than promised and is amazing quality! The light is vibrant and the designer killed my design!!! I’ve looked at other shops and this one by far kills it with quality! Thank you!

SO BRIGHT

The plastic does scratch really easily, so be careful how you clean it. This sign is really bright. Like, SUPER bright. I know my customers will be able to see it from a long ways away and know we're open! I do wish it had a dimming switch, but no biggie. It's the perfect size, and I love the colors of the lights chosen. Comes with a hanging chain. Appears to be well-made and suits my needs!

Great customer service and the customer sign is wonderful. Definitely recommend ??

Perfect

Perfect! This sign is a great size. I love that it has dimming feature. Would buy again.

Great Touch

Perfect size!!!! My daughter wanted a glam wall. Made it happen and “Hello Gorgeous” was the perfect finishing touch

Bright and Beautiful

It’s even better than I expected. So bright and beautiful! It was made and shipped SO quickly.

Beautiful Quality, Highly Recommended

Highly recommended, high quality, beautiful, fast delivery, 100% service!

Nice Bright Open Sign!

Bright Open sign for a business window! The Open sign is made well and feels sturdy for being light weight. The cord has adequate length to reach most outlets and can be seen from a distance when lit up. The colors are vibrant and stand out in the window even during the daytime. The option to change the brightness is convenient depending on the weather and display area. Overall a simple and basic open sign that works exactly like it should! A good value, especially with a coupon, for a nice well made open sign that should last a long time!

Super cute, as described! (No chain for hanging)

Cool little sign. Brings happy vibes! This is a medium size and looks great on our grass wall. It doesn't include a chain for hanging but the description says it's wall mounted so that's accurate. Since mine is on a grass wall I like to hang it from a little hook I have at the top. Fortunately I had an extra chain so it worked out. :) In person it's hot pink! In photos it doesn't show as pretty as the full on hot pink... it's much prettier in person than in my photos. Super fun. We love it.

Very colorful

Highly recommend getting this it is worth the money and looks awesome in my living room window at night and easy to put up and super easy to use. Easy to operate by using the switch to turn it up or down on the brightness. Super colorful

Very Happy

Very happy with the item. It was well packaged, too.
