Transit takes a further 7–15 business days, so most orders arrive within 10–20 business days in total. Every order ships with tracking. Your sign carries a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. Accessories — the dimmer, remote and power adapter — are covered for 6 months; mounting hardware is not covered.
Because each piece is made to your approved design, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, keeping the outer carton and packing materials. We resolve verified claims in three steps: we ship a replacement part free where that fixes the fault, produce a replacement sign where it doesn't, or issue a full refund where neither is practical. We cover return shipping on approved claims.

Yes. We email a digital design proof within 24 hours of your order. Review your spelling, font, color and size, then approve it — or reply with changes and we'll send a revised version. Production begins only after you approve, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before then.
The number on every size is the width of your sign on the wall, from 12 to 71 inches. Longer text needs a bigger sign to stay legible, because the same words spread across more space. Our size guide shows each size next to everyday objects and gives room-by-room guidance, and we confirm your exact finished width and height on your design proof before anything is built.
Our LED neon signs are made for indoor use and for covered outdoor areas that are sheltered from rain and standing water, such as a porch, patio or covered terrace. They are water-resistant, not waterproof. Your warranty stays valid in a covered outdoor installation. Please avoid uncovered locations and direct water spray.
Processing takes 3–5 business days and starts once you approve your design proof. Transit adds 7–15 business days, so most U.S. orders arrive within 10–20 business days in total, with tracking throughout.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. We only accept returns when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will send you the correct item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. CustomNeonStudio covers all return shipping costs for incorrect items.
Because our neon signs are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference. This does not affect your rights in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Please contact us before returning any product. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any shipping label required. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping: When a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, CustomNeonStudio covers the return shipping cost. We recommend using the return instructions and label we provide so your return is tracked correctly.
Once your return or claim is approved (and, where applicable, the returned item is received), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, CustomNeonStudio is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) immediately using the tracking number provided.
