Custom LED Neon Signs — Handmade to Order

Our neon signs are water-resistant, but they are not waterproof. They are made for indoor use and for covered outdoor areas that are protected from rain and standing water — for example a porch, patio, or covered terrace. Your 24-month warranty remains valid in a covered outdoor installation. Please avoid direct water spray, uncovered locations, and never submerge a sign in water.

Yes — for personalized orders. We email your digital design proof within 24 hours of your order. Review your spelling, font, color and size, then approve it, or reply with changes and we'll send a revised version. Production begins only after you approve, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before then. Ready-made designs ordered exactly as shown go straight into production and do not receive a proof.

Processing takes 3–5 business days and starts once you approve your design proof. Transit adds 7–15 business days, so most U.S. orders arrive within 10–20 business days in total, with tracking throughout. See our Shipping Policy.

Every LED neon sign ships with the sign itself on a clear acrylic backboard, a power supply and adapter with a standard U.S. plug, a wireless remote with dimmer control, pre-drilled mounting holes with installation screws, and a clear hanging kit. The power supply provided is the only approved unit for your sign — using a different transformer voids the warranty.

Yes. LED neon signs carry a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in normal indoor or covered outdoor use. Accessories — dimmer, remote and power adapter — are covered for 6 months. Mounting hardware such as screws and standoffs is not covered. Full terms are on our Warranty page.

Keep the outer shipping carton and all packing materials, then photograph the carton, the packaging and the sign. Email support@customneonstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and those photos or a short video. We resolve verified claims in three steps: a free replacement part where that fixes the fault, a replacement sign where it doesn't, or a full refund where neither is practical. We cover return shipping on approved claims.

For personalized orders, you can change or cancel free of charge at any time before you approve your design proof. Once you approve, production begins and the order can no longer be changed. For ready-made designs ordered without customization, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
