Choose from six sizes, from 20 in (50 cm) to 71 in (180 cm). Bigger signs hold more lines and more letters per line.

Pick from 13 fonts, from flowing script to bold block letters and retro marquee styles. Tap a font to see it on your design right away.

Choose from 12 neon colors: Hot Pink, Baby Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Ice Blue, White Ice Blue, Purple, Warm White, and Cold White.

How do I design my custom neon sign?

Can I see my design before it's made?

Yes. The preview updates as you customize. After you order, we email you a design proof within 24 hours, and we don't start production until you approve it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, at any time before you approve your design proof. Once you approve it, production begins and the order can't be changed or canceled. Because every sign is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind.

How long will it take to arrive?

Processing takes 3–5 business days, starting when you approve your proof. Shipping takes 7–15 business days, for a total of 10–20 business days. We email your tracking number when your order ships. Need it by a certain date? Email support@customneonstudio.com before you order.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States only, with free standard shipping on every order. We can't deliver to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Is a remote and dimmer included?

Yes. Every sign comes with a wireless remote with dimmer control, plus the power supply and mounting hardware.

What does the warranty cover?

Your sign is covered for 24 months, and the dimmer, remote, and power adapter for 6 months, from the date of delivery. Please use only the power supply that came with your sign. Using a different one voids the warranty.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the sign and packaging. Keep the outer carton. After we verify the claim, we'll send a replacement part or sign, or give you a full refund, and we pay return shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
