Return & Refund Policy

At CustomNeonStudio, we want you to love your neon sign. Because every sign is made to order, this Return & Refund Policy explains exactly when a return, replacement, or refund is available and how it works. By purchasing from customneonstudio.com, you agree to this policy.

1. Custom-Made Products

All of our neon signs are custom-made to order and produced specifically based on your chosen design, color, and size. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. We only accept returns when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review your design, color, and size carefully before completing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping. If your neon sign arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

How to report a damaged or defective item:

• Inspect your product upon delivery.
• Contact us at support@customneonstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and clear photos and/or a video showing the damage or defect and the packaging.

Once verified, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. CustomNeonStudio covers all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

3. Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong item (for example, a design, color, or size different from your approved order):

• Notify us at support@customneonstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide details of the issue along with your order number and photos.

We will send you the correct item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. CustomNeonStudio covers all return shipping costs for incorrect items.

4. Change of Mind

Because our neon signs are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference. This does not affect your rights in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

5. How to Start a Return

Please contact us before returning any product. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any shipping label required. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping: When a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, CustomNeonStudio covers the return shipping cost. We recommend using the return instructions and label we provide so your return is tracked correctly.

6. Order Cancellations

• Before production: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• After production begins: Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as each sign is custom-made for you.

7. Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved (and, where applicable, the returned item is received), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Return Eligibility Summary

• Eligible for return / replacement / refund: damaged, defective, or incorrect products, reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Not eligible: change of mind or personal preference.
• Please contact us before returning any product; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, CustomNeonStudio is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier (DHL, DPD, or UPS) immediately using the tracking number provided.
